With a background in marketing, industrial sales, and decades of managing multi-million-dollar accounts—including global operations for ExxonMobil—I bring strategic insight, negotiation expertise, and business intelligence to every commercial and land real estate transaction. I help clients assess not just property, but the full potential behind it—whether it’s development land, adaptive reuse, or income-producing investments. A native of Franklin, Tennessee, and now part of a top-producing real estate team, I specialize in working with commercial buyers, land developers, and investors, offering clarity around zoning, logistics, and long-term value. Outside of real estate, my wife Kim and I run a family farm raising champion longhorns, and I’m a proud father of two incredible daughters and an avid outdoorsman.

When he's not working, you'll find him outdoors, tackling DIY projects, or exploring backroads with his family in their Jeep.
